Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Hope Rings velvet box and secure it within a padded mailing envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality assurance team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
